By using Sehaj, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Sehaj provides daily Sikhi stories, reading and listening experiences, saved reflections, downloads, and related subscription features. We may change, add, or remove features over time as the product evolves.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, subscribing, or contacting support.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, renewal periods, trial terms, cancellation options, and refund rules are shown at checkout by the relevant app store or billing provider. You can manage billing through the provider used for your purchase or by contacting support.

If you cancel a subscription, access may continue until the end of the current paid period unless the checkout terms say otherwise.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload Sehaj.
• Do not use Sehaj to harass, abuse, defame, or harm others.
• Do not upload or submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to bypass subscriptions, access controls, or security protections.

Content

Sehaj content is provided for personal, reflective, and educational use. It is not a replacement for professional, legal, medical, mental-health, or religious authority advice. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Sehaj content without written permission.

Your reflections

You keep ownership of reflections or notes you create. You grant Sehaj the limited permission needed to store, sync, display, back up, and process them so the service works for you.

Availability

We aim to keep Sehaj reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider issues, network conditions, or events outside our control. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Disclaimers and liability

Sehaj is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Sehaj changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
