Delete your Sehaj account.

You can request deletion from inside the app or from this public page. We will delete account data unless we need to keep limited records for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

In the app

Open Profile, choose Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps. This is the preferred path because it helps us verify the account owner.

From the website

Email support@sehaj.app from the address connected to your Sehaj account. Include "Delete my Sehaj account" in the subject line. For general account questions, use the contact form.

What is deleted

  • Account profile and authentication records where deletion is available.
  • Saved reflections, story progress, preferences, and app practice data.
  • Support records that are no longer needed for the deletion request.

What may be retained

We may retain limited purchase, tax, security, fraud-prevention, refund, chargeback, or legal records where required or permitted. We will not use retained records to continue providing the deleted account.
