If you subscribed through Apple or Google, manage the plan through your app store account. If you subscribed on the web, use the billing portal link when available or contact us from the email used at checkout.
What to include
Please include your account email, device type, app version if known, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or sensitive personal documents.
