Billing
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, manage the plan through your app store account. If you subscribed on the web, use “Manage Plan” in the footer and sign in with the email used at checkout. If your web plan was purchased through our previous Stripe checkout and does not appear there, contact us so we can help manage it.
What to include
Please include your account email, device type, app version if known, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or sensitive personal documents.
